We begin our journey from Delhi by night — leaving behind the city rush and heading toward the calm of the Himalayas. Overnight journey filled with excitement, laughter, and anticipation of the days ahead.

Arrive in Bir around 7–8 AM. After breakfast and a little rest, we gather for our first morning yoga session — grounding the body, connecting to the rhythm of the mountains.

Post-lunch, the day flows freely — explore cafés, visit local monasteries, or simply rest in nature’s quiet.

Before sunset, reconnect through our evening yoga session — gentle stretches and deep breathing as the sky turns gold.

As night falls, unwind by the bonfire, surrounded by warmth, music, journaling and soulful conversations.

Start your morning with yoga and mindful breathing, followed by a wholesome breakfast.

Today is all about slow exploration and spontaneity — maybe a serene monastery meditation, a hidden waterfall hike, or paragliding for those who wish (optional, not included in the package).

Evening brings another yoga session before sunset — a perfect balance of movement and stillness.

End your day around the bonfire, perhaps with a little karaoke, laughter, and connection.

One final morning yoga & reflection session, embracing gratitude for all you’ve experienced. After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Delhi — reaching by night, carrying home peace, presence, and memories from the mountains.
